Chris has been behind the chair for over twenty years. He's the owner of Journeymen, a father, and the host of the Journeymen After Hours Podcast, where he sits down with barbers, business owners, and educators shaping the future of the craft.

He's currently writing a book about barbering and is set to become Longwood's first-ever barber teacher, passing on two decades of technique and standards to the next generation. For Chris, barbering has never just been a haircut. It's a craft worth mastering, a conversation worth having, and a community worth building — and that's the standard behind every chair at Journeymen.

Mike Falco

Mike started at Journeymen as Chris's apprentice — learning the fundamentals, the standards, and the standards behind the standards. Years later, he's grown into one of the shop's most trusted barbers, now handling Chris's overflow clients alongside a full book of his own.

Mike is also the founder of Crown and Mane Weddings, bringing that same care to grooming for weddings and other big days. His growth is his own — but it's proof of what mentorship at Journeymen is really about.
